We organized our son's baptism and his one-year-old son's baptism at Papi and we are very pleased. A beautiful, bright and clean room and a tastefully arranged outdoor area next to the room, delicious food and trouble-free cooperation with the owner, who is always open to any suggestions, advises, and at the same time does not impose her opinion. There was no time limit for the party, which was very important for us because we had guests from far away and wanted to stay longer. Clear situation when it comes to payments - no hidden costs. We highly recommend Papi!

I think this pizzeria is unique. Of course, there is pizza, drinks and appetizers. But it differs from other restaurants in that there are never any problems with ordering something or with the preparation time. The service is very nice and you can always communicate. When it comes to food, I am absolutely delighted how you can prepare something so wonderful and delicate with very little time and limited ingredients (for example, it is not always possible to import the best quality products from other countries). The only thing I gave 4 stars for was the atmosphere. There is only one reason. I am a person who likes colors, and I think that although the atmosphere and general decorations are very off-putting, some thematic elements could be added from time to time. For example, Christmas is coming, we want there to be some snowflakes, Santa Claus, a snowman or a Christmas tree. This is just my opinion, and as we know, everyone has their own opinion. I do not question anyone's opinions or insult employees. Personally, this is the best pizzeria I have ever been to.

Let me start by saying that my husband and I were not the first time at Pizzeri PaPi, but probably the last. Service at a terrible level. The ladies are not focused on their work at all. They mix up orders, which is absurd because the tables have numbers, they laugh among themselves, and the man who makes the pizza is good, by the way, I have the impression that he works hard for the other people. The waitresses do not inform about the waiting time, they do not bring cards and they do not clean the tables hurriedly. My husband and I have never once received our order at more or less the same time. Usually my husband is already eating and I wait another 20 minutes for the pizza or salad. recently The ladies gave us dirty glasses with broken lips. Employees wearing caps mean they work in the kitchen? Therefore, it is shameful that they smoke cigarettes in front of a pizzeria and then enter the kitchen, smelling of nicotine. Not to mention the child running out of the back of the kitchen or standing next to the man making the pizza. People 🤦‍♂️ . Today, the standard waiting time for a pizza is about 45 minutes. My husband ate his and I continued waiting for the order. Finally, I couldn't stand it anymore and went to the lady to pay. We paid for my husband's pizza and the one we didn't get. The waitress had no problem with it because she doesn't understand what's going on in the place. I only hope that the man who makes the pizza earns 3x more than the other laughing, lost ladies.
